It looks like a solid upgrade to the "old" version of the same engine but it tries to sell itself as something it is in no way. I would say it's a pretty clickbaity title that does not help the game in any way. That appears to be true and the lather one I have to believe since I'm currently at work and can't try but the Release Package is < 100MB which is cool.
